SHIPPING

All orders ship Monday through Friday from our warehouse in Fairfax, Virginia. Unless specified by you otherwise, we try to ship all orders via. UPS Ground. However, when you choose the Flat-Rate Shipping option as your shipping method, we may ship the order using couriers other than UPS. We determine the courier based on the number of factors including the number of products in your order, the total shipping weight, total transit time to your destination, and most of all, our ability to provide total customer satisfaction.

If you require an order to be delivered before any of the times indicated, please email us for current shipping times for particular products and locations.

Shipping Methods:

We offer the following shipping methods:
Flat-Rate shipping - this is the best option for all shipments within continental USA.
UPS Ground
UPS Standard to Canada - for shipments to Canada
UPS Worldwide Saver - for international orders

Delivery Time in Transit:

The map below refers to the approximate time it takes for a package to reach your final destination after we ship your order. Find your shipping destination on the map and match the color with the key on the bottom right side of the map.

Flat-Rate Shipping:

The Flat Rate Shipping option applies only to destinations in the continental U.S. There are two rates for Flat-Rate shipping based on your shipping destination. If your shipping destination is within zip codes in zones 002,003,004, or 005 in the chart below, the cost is Flat-Rate of $7.50. If your shipping destination is in a zip code in any other zone, your shipping cost will be a flat rate of $9.75.

There may be instances where certain destinations may be considered "rural" by a shipping courier and will incur additional shipping charges. We won't know the additional charges or whether or not they apply to your particular destination until after your order has been placed. We will notify you if this situation arises.

International Orders:

For international orders, please check with your local rules and regulations about all custom and brokerage fees, duties, taxes, and restrictions that are imposed on goods imported into your country. Please note that all the shipping related fees mentioned above are the responsibility of the recipient, not Little BIG Kids, LLC. If you refuse delivery because of high custom or brokerage fees, duties or taxes imposed by your country Little BIG Kids will have to pay them for you, pay for the return shipping or abandon the package. Any charges incurred by Little BIG Kids as a result will be charged back to you.

It is often less expensive to select UPS Worldwide Expedited, UPS Worldwide Express or USPS Priority Mail International to reduce or avoid the brokerage fees that might be imposed in your country. The least expensive shipping options to Canada are UPS Standard to Canada and USPS Priority Mail International. However, for UPS Standard to Canada, brokerage fees are charged. If shipped via UPS Worldwide Express or UPS Expedited - the cost of shipping includes the brokerages fees (except for duties and taxes which are charged no matter which shipping option you use).

How can I determine my Shipping Cost?

A shipping calculator is available for you during checkout so you may determine your shipping cost BEFORE you purchase anything from our store and BEFORE you provide us with any credit card information.

Simply add all the item(s) you're interested in purchasing into the shopping cart.
Once you're on the checkout page, enter your zip code and state in the appropriate fields in the shipping calculator section. Click "apply" when done.
Once the page refreshes your shopping cart will be updated to include the total cost of your order, including tax (Virginia only) and shipping cost.
Please make sure to select the shipping option you're interested in. You can change this option and click "apply" again to see the shipping cost associated with that method.
